What is included in an annual service?
All of the necessary checks and minor adjustments required to ensure the system is working efficiently and to manufacturers specifications. Return Air filter will be cleaned or replaced and electrical connections will be checked. Drains will be cleared to ensure the water runs away freely. Fans and zones will be checked for operation and any minor balancing will be carried out. Gas pressures will be tested and and inspections for leaks will be carried out to keep things running smooth.

How often should I change the filter material?
At least every 2nd year or if it is damaged or has holes in it.

How do the zones work?
Zones open valves which will let air into that area, called a zone. If you open more zones, you should generally put the fan speed up. If you have only 1 zone open you should put the fan speed on the lowest setting. On extremely hot or cold days, open the most occupied zone to start with and open other zones gradually. Turn off zones that are not being used to reduce running costs and keep the unit efficiency high.

Why isn't the air as cold as it used to be?
It may be many things but a good place to start is the air filter. Clean the filter and check again after it is dry. If this doesn’t help you and there is no air coming out of the vents or it is not performing as it used to, it’s time to call our team so we can get it serviced and or repaired for you promptly and professionally.
