Annual Servicing of your Air Conditioner or Solar System is the key to getting the most out of your assets. By getting a trained professional to service the system, you are making sure the system is running at peak performance and efficiency. If parts of the system are not working, other parts may be working harder to compensate for the lack of power. Just imagine driving a car on flat tyres. Sure it still drives but fuel consumption increases and tyres wear out quicker, much the same as Air conditioning and Solar systems can be affected by small problems. In the long run, a properly maintained and serviced system will work properly, efficiently and outlast a system that is not maintained. Our servicing rates are excellent value for money and start from $99 for a split system, $149 for a ducted and $199 for a Solar System Service and Inspection.

What is included in an annual service?
All of the necessary checks, cleaning and minor adjustments required to ensure the system is working.
How often should I change the filter material?
At least every 2nd year or if it is damaged or has holes in it.
How do the zones work?
Zones open valves which will let air into that area, called a zone. If you open more zones, you should put the fan speed up. If you have only 1 zone open you should put the fan speed on low. On extremely hot or cold days, open the most occupied zone only to start with and open other zones gradually.
Why isn't the air as cold as it used to be?
It may be many things but a good place to start is the air filter. Clean the filter and check again after it is dry. If this doesn’t help, check to make sure your outdoor unit is making the right noises and the fan is rotating. If it’s not, you will need a technician to check it for you.
